- Eligibility Age: Any person below the legal age of engaging in online transactions in the country in which he or she is a resident cannot access any of our products.
- By placing an order through this site, you confirm that you are of a legal purchase age in your country of residence.
- If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the purchaser, they may request some form of ID upon delivery.
- Payment and Order process:
- You can pay for Products purchased from www.sharebulkharvest.com by using any of the following cards: Visa Credit Card, Master Card, and Visa Debit/Delta.
- Regrettably, we do not accept Switch, PayPal, and Visa Electron. You must give us authority for payment at the time of order.
- Although we have taken reasonable precautions to ensure our site is secure, we do not provide any undertaking, nor do we accept any liability should there be a breach or failure of security.
- We use third-party payment system to process all transactions. It is your responsibility to be aware of their T&Cs and Cookies policy.
- We do not accept payment by cheque. If any legal action is brought by Share Bulk Harvest to collect monies owed, the customer will pay the face value amount of the cheque, plus expenses incurred during collection.
- Title to all merchandise passes to the customer/member when full payment is received by Share Bulk Harvest.
- Please note that there are several mandatory fields that you must complete to enable us to process your order and allow us to contact you should we need to discuss your order.

- All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
- We will not deliver any Products prior to these checks and authorizations being completed.
- If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to us, we cannot accept your order, and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
- Every effort has been made to display the colors of the goods as accurately as possible.
- However, because the color you see will depend on the device (personal computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) you make use of, we cannot guarantee that the colors of the goods purchased by you will be the same as the colors shown on your monitor.
- Should we accept your order, the price applicable to goods ordered by you shall be that shown on Share Bulk Harvest website at the point at which your order was placed.
- The period for which this price is valid is limited. Share Bulk Harvest can only guarantee this price to you for orders placed that day (unless a longer period is stated specifically in the description given).
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or misprints which we later discover.
- We will notify you of any such error to discuss the correct price and seek agreement to proceed with the sale at the correct price or to refund the incorrect price without receiving the goods.
- The sales tax applicable to your order will depend on several factors which we will establish at the point of placing your order, including the type of goods ordered.
- The contract for our sale and your purchase of the goods shall be made at the time of dispatch.

- Receiving goods
- Someone must be present to sign for the goods to ensure prompt delivery because some of our goods are perishable.
- Ownership of the goods will pass to you once you have (or the person you have requested to collect on your behalf has collected your order.
- If no one is available to sign the goods, our delivery team will leave a contact card with instructions for the customer to call the customer service team to arrange re-delivery or an alternative drop-off location).
- Return and Refunds:
- Customersatisfaction is our watchword, and we are committed to ensuring that you are happy with your purchase.

- Please note we cannot replace any products that have been tampered with.
- Any returned products must be returned to us in the same condition as was sent, with all packaging intact.
- All refunds and reimbursements/exchanges will be arranged within 30 days of our acceptance after the safe receipt of the returned goods.
- Any product returned must be in its original packaging, contain the relevant paperwork, and be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.

- The delivery driver must be informed of breakages, shortages, or incorrect products at the time of delivery.
- Photographic evidence is required by our delivery driver if an item has been damaged during transit to you.

- The products advertised on our site are available while stocks last. We offer no guarantee that any particular product will be available on our Site / App at any time and reserve the right to withdraw products from sale or remove them from our Site / App without warning.
- Prices:
- The price of the product does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rate specified when you place your order. Please note that the prices on Share bulk harvest website and app are guide price only.
- Extent of Our Liability:
- We assure you that any Product purchased from us through the Share Bulk Harvest website will be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.
- Our liability for losses you incur as a result of us breaching this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased (including delivery charges where applicable).
- This does not include or limit in any way our liability if we act negligently and this causes death or personal injury for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
- We are not responsible for indirect losses that happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings and/or loss of data).

- Each of us agrees that the only rights and remedies available to us (Share Bulk Harvest and customer) arising out of or in connection with a Representation shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.
- Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud.
- Amendment of these Terms and Conditions:
- We have the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect, amongst other things, changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and changes in our system’s capabilities.
